searching for gutter cleaning

I think that the individual should definitely fight it, especially if they have some sort of written confirmation that they were promised the spot for free. Otherwise, it is false advertising and they could get in major legal trouble.

I came to understand through my real estate consultant that builders normally charge the parking area allotted alongwith other amenity areas in the saleable area on which the rate gets quoted. On top of this they also charge separately for parking. Is this true? If yes, well then is it justified? Also come to understand as per municipal rules, that builders cannot charge for parking separately and that the same is available on "first come first serve" basis.

Free India classifieds

Its a routine problem. Sometimes all the promised free facilities become paid services within the first 6 months, if we are not well connected. I have some friends who are facing such problems and the builders / promotors do not respond.

As frustrating as the situation is, that purchase agreement should not have been signed if the free parking space was important to the buyer! He/she should have insisted that the agreement meet the specifications on the brochure.
