Magicbricks Moderator says: User queries are becoming increasingly popular with our surfers. This time we present a student's query.
"Hi,
I am a student from Bangalore. I live with three other friends in a 2 BHK flat. One more friend wants to join us here. The problem is that the landlord is objecting to this. He argues that he had rented the flat to four persons. He does not want to accommodate more tenants in this flat. However there is no document to prove his point. Now he has asked us to vacate the place in just 10 day notice.
- Is his objection valid?
- Can the landlord decide the number of tenants?
- Can he throw us out in 10 days?
Please help.”
yep its all genuine and authentic ... i loving it

Hello,
RealEstateAndLandCrossing shows you jobs that are receiving a lot of applications, of course, but more significantly we show you jobs that very few people know about. The ability to be the only applicant, or one of a few applicants for a job, is something that can give you a tremendous edge in the hunt for a new position.real estate jobs

Thank you for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbor were preparing to do some research about that. We got a good book on that matter from our local library and most books where not as influential as your information.

Infact, I have a strange case to tell.My tenant saw the house and liked it,signed the agreement.within a week,he says his mother is unable to climb the stairs and wants to vacate. My dilemna is is it allowed even after giving two months notice because I had just renovated it after spending on painting, etc. Will another tenant take it just like that and again who will compensate for the visits to show the house, or for the ad,etc that i have to spend finding another tenant?

There may be local laws which prevent him from accomodatin more people in the flat. However that seems short notice, here in the UK a minimum of two or three months is the legal time to vacate - depending on whether the property is furnished or not. Seek local advice.

Nice post. Its always better to think before investing money in stock market. Investment should be done in share market but with the aim to increase our funds so speculation should not be the mode of investment. Investors should know why they are investing money in any stock.

I think there are two answers. By law they can do this but ethically they have no rights to do this. It is not worthy of any one to do such a thing.

i heard cases like this but i think lanlords cant vacate you till for a month its the policy they should give you allowance,if they will force you to vacte then i advice you to go and consult a lawyer.

I think cases like that they usually give the tenants 1 month to vacate the property...that's what happened to a friend of mine they were given 1 month to vacate.
